Barrel Throttles

Packing the air-flow equivalent of much larger, conventional throttle plate intakes, these barrel throttles have propelled Jeremy Lookofsky and his DVS Shoes sponsored Honda, to six stunning victories in the Battle of the Imports racing series, including a new national record of 9.23 @ 140.99 MPH at Englishtown, NJ - May 4, 2008 and Jeremy's fastest pass to date at the Sacramento Raceway at 9.18 @ 148.11 MPH on May 31, 2008. Now available for general distribution with or without matching manifolds.

The barrel throttles are centered on 97mm. As they are purely the throttles with no manifold included, the overall length can be whatever you add in the way of the manifold and the "spread" between pairs can be from 94 to 100mm without any significant deterioration of air flow to the ports.

The size equivalent is that of a 56mm round throttle plate. The flange to flange dimension is 188.5mm. The air horn length is 35mm.

Flange dimension drawings are available to aid in manifold manufacture and we can produce a manifold to order if required.
